American Heart Association
The American Heart Association has many resources for learning to reduce sodium and saturated fat to cook in ways that improve your heart health. They provide heart-healthy recipes, cooking tips and ways to spot American Heart Association-approved foods at the store.
American Diabetes Association
When you are learning to monitor and control your blood sugar, the American Diabetes Association can help you understand the impact of food. They have information about nutrition, diabetes-friendly recipes and lifestyle tips for managing your blood sugar.
